The J. Laurens Brut Rosé is a blend of three grapes. It starts with 60% Chardonnay, which gives flavors of yellow apples, lemons, and anjou pear, as well as a creamy texture. Then 30% Chenin Blanc brings with it an offering of toasted nuts, red apples, and crisp acidity. Finally, 10% Pinot Noir delivers an essence of cherry and strawberry, and of course the light pink hue which makes this wine a Rosé, plus a bit of body. It has great textures, tingling bubbles, and is an excellent food wine. Lovely with almost any meal or celebration, including salmon, duck, turkey, ham, fine cheeses, and oysters.
